The floor
The shop floor, on a phone
Clock in on the job, tick the parts off as they go on, and shoot the vehicle in and out. No prices anywhere a tech can see.
On the floor
Built for the person holding the drill
The tech side is a different app on the same data. Four tabs, big buttons, nothing on the screen they don’t need.
They see the jobs they’re on, the parts to pull and the bin each one’s in, and how many hours the job was quoted for. They clock in and out, report a broken part, and shoot the vehicle when it lands and when it’s done.
What they never see is a price. That’s a rule in the software, not a setting somebody flips by accident.
Punch in from the shop
Optional geofence: clocking in from outside the yard gets refused, and a forgotten punch closes itself at a time you pick.
Punch in for travel
Driving to a department to collect a car is paid work. It’s logged as travel and it doesn’t eat the job’s hours.
In Spanish, if they read Spanish
Set per person, not per shop, so one tech’s phone is in Spanish and nobody else’s is.
See it before you talk to anybody
The demo opens with no password
The real software with a made-up shop in it: quotes, jobs, parts, a drawn cruiser and a tech’s phone. Click anything. It resets itself.
