QuickBooks for upfit shops
Parts, customers, invoices and payments stay in step both ways. Or switch it off entirely and run the counts here.
QuickBooks
Both ways, or not at all
Parts stay in step, in both directions
Make a part here and it shows up in QuickBooks with the right income, expense and asset accounts, read off your own chart of accounts rather than a setting you have to fill in. Make one there and it’s here in seconds.
Customers too
Matched on the name QuickBooks already uses, so you don’t end up with two of anybody. Addresses and numbers follow whichever side you edited.
Invoices push; payments come back
Finish the build, push the invoice, QuickBooks gives it a number. When it’s paid there it closes here, usually within seconds of you taking the money.
Bring your open estimates with you
Everything still open in QuickBooks comes across on day one, with its own number kept next to ours, so your customer can still call about quote 4396.
Or run it on its own
Not every shop wants an accounting integration. Switch it off and the QuickBooks wording disappears: you set your own counts, and you raise, print and email invoices off the job the same way.
See it before you talk to anybody
The demo opens with no password
The real software with a made-up shop in it: quotes, jobs, parts, a drawn cruiser and a tech’s phone. Click anything. It resets itself.
